It’s summer and it’s time to enjoy fresh produce! Throughout
Northern Indiana Lakes Country you’ll find a variety of Farmer’s Markets:
- Fremont’s Farmer’s Market opens Saturday, May 23 and
remains open through Oct. 10. Hours are 8 a.m. to noon at the Fremont Town
Park, at the corner of Bell and Albion streets.
- Angola’s Farmer’s Market is back for another year at the
Steuben Community Center, 317 S. Wayne St. Opening day is June 6 from 8 a.m. to
noon.
- The Outlet Shoppes at Fremont will host a Farmer’s Market
every Wednesday from 1 to 5 p.m., beginning June 10.
- In Orland, the Farmer’s Market will be held in front of the
Draft Horse Saloon on State Road 120. Find produce and other items on Saturday
mornings from 8 a.m. to noon.
